Frank is the founder & longest standing member here at Jensens. Previously being involved within a totally different industry in Sales he decided it was time for a change & opened up a retail fruit shop in Albion, this is where Jensens was born. Jensens has been operating for over 30 years and Frank is still one of the smiling faces here & spending most of his time looking after our Country section of the business, servicing our customers throughout Queensland.
Stephen leads the company alongside Frank & Mark and has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the fruit & vegetable industry. An experienced business leader Stephen guides Jensens through the daily changes within our industry to develop & enhance all areas of our business.
Mark has been involved in the Fruit & Vegetable industry for 30 years since the inception of Jensens. Mark heads up our buying team where the priority of “Quality” comes first. Building relationships over the years directly with the farmers, he has created fantastic relationships to achieve this. Superior quality produce is what chefs want & our aim is to make that happen.
Michael started with Jensens in 2011, after being in property management prior to that. Initially working as delivery driver, then night time order packer, he soon moved into a buying role, which he still shares with Mark today. In 2013 we had grown to the point where we needed an Operations Manager for the first time, which Michael became. In that role, he works closely with Stephen and Mark in what we call ‘The Google Office’ to help continue improving our service and product
Kellie has also been involved from day one, first in retail, then as we moved to Rocklea moved into our Sales role. As the company grew the requirement for a Sales Manager become apparent. Kellie has built up great relationships with Queensland’s chefs and brings an understanding & knowledge to all of our customers’ requirements & produce needs.
Sales Rep (Gold Coast)
Lisa commenced with Jensens in early 2018 as our Gold Coast Sales Rep. Having been in sales all her life, Lisa believes that whatever it is you are selling you have to wake up each day and love what you are doing. “It is all about relationship building, finding new clients and looking after existing clients. We solve problems, we help customers make money and we become part of their everyday working life”
Lisa comes from an Italian background where food is life. Her family has been involved in the food industry for many years. Lisa decided to join Jensens because it is a close knit family run business with a lot of passion that extends to the quality of produce supplied.
Sales Rep (Brisbane)
Julia has been involved in the hospitality industry since she was 14 years old, learning the quality of fresh produce that Chefs require. At 23 she decided to solely focus on Fresh Produce and immersed herself in the Brisbane Markets. At the end of the day, Julia wants to know she has supplied the best Chef’s with the best produce available – which is why she loves being a Team Member of Jensen’s Market Supplies.
